• Resell products purchased from LGD PETS (except as authorized under specific reseller agreements).

8. Product Availability & Descriptions

We aim to ensure the accuracy of product information but cannot guarantee availability, pricing accuracy, or error-free listings.

• Products may sell out quickly. Availability is not guaranteed until checkout is complete and payment is confirmed.
• We may discontinue or update products without notice.

9. Special Promotions and Limited Edition Products

From time to time, LGD PETS may release special limited edition products or promotional campaigns (the "Promotions"). These are subject to the following terms:

9.1 Limited Quantities

Each Promotion may have a prescribed maximum number of units. Promotion quantities may vary.

9.2 Order Placement

• Orders are first-come, first-served.
• Checkout completion (payment + confirmation email) secures your order.
• Items in your cart are not reserved.

9.3 Final Sale Policy

Promotional products may be final sale. No returns or exchanges are permitted except for defective or incorrect items. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with order details and photos.

9.4 Shipping Restrictions

Certain Promotions may be region-specific. Orders placed outside permitted regions may be automatically cancelled and refunded for restricted items. A restriction can apply to both individual purchases and bundles.

9.5 Resale & Authenticity

Promotional products are intended for personal use only. LGD PETS does not guarantee authenticity or provide support for products purchased via third-party resellers.

10. Returns & Exchanges

For regular merchandise, please refer to our Refund Policy for details on returns and exchanges.

For pet food products specifically: Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery if unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all seals intact. Opened pet food products, expired products, final sale items, gift cards, and promotional products may be excluded.

11. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard shipping estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
• International customers are responsible for customs, duties and taxes.
• We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LGD PETS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or products.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (i) RM 100 or (ii) the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LGD PETS and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or breach of any applicable law.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If you have any concerns or disputes regarding our Services or these Terms, please contact us using the contact details provided below.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you may have the right to seek resolution through the appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms available under Malaysian law.

16. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LGD PETS regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
